Report: N.Korea has at least one secret nuclear reactor

From YNetNews:  An expert report submitted to the United Nations Security Council last week determines that North Korea has at least one secret nuclear reactor, in addition to its declared reactor in Yongbyon.

 BBC network reported that the document was written following on a visit of American scientist Siegfried Hecker to North Korea last November. (Ynet)
