Rain Forecast Attributed to National Fast in Israel

From Israel National News: The Channel 2 weatherman reported Wednesday that the forecast for next week changed suddenly from "no rain" to "rain" and he noted the turnabout immediately followed a nation wide fast for rain requested by the Chief Rabbinate on Monday.
