Ivory Coast now in 'war situation'

A top ally of Ivory Coast's internationally recognized leader says the country is already in a "civil war situation."
Guillaume Soro, who was appointed prime minister by Alassane Ouattara, said at a news conference Friday that more than 200 people have been killed and 1,000 others wounded in violence over the disputed vote. (AP)
