Gay End Times

For some reason it seems over this last week or so there has been a flurry of activity all over the world related to same-sex marriage and the legitimization of homosexuality in one form or another.

In the United States, the New York State Assembly approved a same-sex marriage bill. It has yet to be approved by the Republican dominated Senate, but Governor Andrew Cuomo has his full support behind it—in fact he wrote the bill. GLESN (Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network) has been awarded by the US Federal Government funding for five-years to promote homosexuality to school children.

California’s Proposition 8 keeps making the news. This was a same-sex marriage ban voted into law by the people but overturned in court by a federal judge who later disclosed he was gay. Ignoring obvious conflict of interest, a district judge recently upheld the gay-judge’s ruling overturning the people’s vote for a ban on same-sex marriage. The “agenda” keeps getting pushed forward. Americans think the US gay population is around 25% and I’m sure that’s because of all the attention and support gay rights advocates are generating as they work hard to legitimize their lifestyle choice, but in reality homosexuals make up around 3.5% of the overall US population. It seems there are more in the United States because the media representation is inflated—which is an effective tactic. Ardent viewers of the US's HGTV can’t help but think so with homosexuals seemingly on every other of its shows. The strategy here, and in other television programming, is to consistently demonstrate that homosexuals are normal human beings—they live just like you do. You even get peeks into their bedrooms and their bedrooms look like anyone else’s.

The Obama administration seems to have focused its attention these last couple of weeks on propelling efforts to legitimize the gay lifestyle. The White House opened up a web portal to reach gays for election. Does he really need to do that? Aren’t gays already squarely in support of him, and won’t they go straight to the polls for him?

In an effort to affect the workplace and force companies to legitimize gay couple relationships, gay supporters are targeting employers. According to Maggie Gallagher, president of the National Organization for Marriage, professional intimidation is the same-sex lobby's new modus operandi for furthering its agenda.

The Toronto school board told parents they cannot opt their children out of pro-homosexual curriculum. The school board is all about equity and anti-homophobia.

According to Daniel Baer, a deputy in the US State Department, the US State Department is proud of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride. That takes it straight to the government level squarely supporting and legitimizing the gay choice.

And if that’s not enough, the Obama administration is stepping up their aggressive approach by instructing schools on how to form gay student clubs.

The constant tapping on the human psyche, the constant, relentless tapping by gradually, subtly legitimizing the homosexual choice lifestyle a little here and a little there until it seems normal, until it seems right, until one feels guilty for even thinking it’s wrong, is what this is all about. They begin with our children by indoctrinating them from the crib so that they will grow up with this new world view for what they want us to believe is right. Speaking against homosexuality in the public arena now will be met with criticism. Homosexuals have crossed into the historical civil rights path as a model for their efforts with a good amount of success.

When it hits the church, then you have full legitimization. It’s hitting the church.

They even tried knocking on the Southern Baptist Convention’s door, but the door was politely closed.

It’s amazing how effective gay legitimization—cultural change has been. Even whole church denominations are struggling at the top levels with the subject of gay legitimization. If the church changes to accept then gay rights groups will have the cultural change they are after. Equally amazing is how churches are abandoning their sacred tenets, their long-held beliefs, and the once tightly held authority of the Bible to embrace this illicit lifestyle. No apology—it is illicit because the Bible says so.

• 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.
• Leviticus 18:22 Do not practice homosexuality, having sex with another man as with a woman. It is a detestable sin.

The good news is found in verse 11 following 1Corinthians 6:9-10 above which says: Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. There is no sin that Jesus’ death and resurrection didn’t deal with, and when we accept what He did on the cross and follow Him as our Lord and Savior, and walk in the light as He is in the light…

But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. 1 John 1:7-8.

We need to understand that homosexuals are not the enemy of the church or the Bible.  Satan is the enemy and he hates the marriage concept of one man and one woman. This relationship, created by God, is the earthly, physical representation of the relationship between Christ and the church as so described by Paul Ephesians 5:22-33. When a marriage of a man and woman are functioning in the pattern designed by God, they are physically representing the mysterious union of Christ and the church until that union is solemnized at the catching away and then the actual physical union with Christ. Satan hates and attempts to destroy anything that is or represents this plan of God.  There is nothing more antichrist than homosexuality. Yes, the effort and results of legitimizing homosexuality—which is antichrist and antichurch, is a definite end time sign.
