France: Rising costs worldwide could lead to food riots

From YNetNewsFrance's Agriculture Minister Bruno Le Maire warns that food riots are inevitable if developed nations don't find long-term solutions to spiraling world commodity prices.

 Le Maire, visiting for talks before a gathering of G20 agriculture ministers in Paris in June, said Thursday that costs are soaring because barely enough food is being produced for the world's people. (AP)
