FALMOUTH – An East Falmouth man was ordered held without bail Monday on a litany of criminal charges, including assault and bestiality, after his lawyer agreed his client was a danger to the community.

Justin Mustafa, 24, was scheduled to appear in Falmouth District Court for a dangerousness hearing, but he was never brought into Judge Don Carpenter’s courtroom. Instead, his public defender, Robert Manning Jr., declined to argue for bail and agreed to the prosecution’s assertion that Mustafa is a danger.    Falmouth man faces bestiality, assault charges
