Court Rules That Homosexual Threesome Can Be Named On Baby’s Birth Certificate
Miami, Florida – A judge in Florida has ruled that a homosexual hairstylist that fathered a child via artificial insemination may be listed on the girl’s birth certificate, along with the two lesbian women that are raising her.
The matter ends a two-year legal battle between the women and their friend, who they approached to help them produce a child.
Maria Italiano, 43, and Cher Filippazzo, 38, turned to Massilmiliano Gerina three years ago to ask if he would consider being a donor so that they could have a baby. When he agreed, the three made a verbal agreement that Filippazzo would adopt the baby, and the two women would raise it. Gerina was to have relinquished his rights to the fatherhood of the child.
“When push came to shove, they figured he would understand the situation,” explained attorney Kenneth Kaplan. “The mistake they made, however, was there should have been a written document spelling out what his rights and responsibilities we, making are going to be.”
Just before the baby was to be born, Gerina reportedly changed his mind and stated that he did not want to just be the donor, he wanted to have a parental role in the child’s life. The women disagreed and did not want the man to be listed on the birth certificate as the baby’s father.
That’s when Gerina hired an attorney and began to fight for legal recognition in the courts. Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Antonio Marin recently ruled that Gerina’s name could be placed on the birth certificate, along with Italiano and Filippazzo, making the baby — a girl — the child of three parents.
Reaction to the ruling has been largely unfavorable.

“Another example of how ‘gay rights’ are making things even more complicated,” one commenter wrote.
“The judge has a mental disorder if he thinks three people created that child,” another stated. “Only the gay man and the lesbian who’s egg was fertilized. The judge needs to be removed from the bench for poor judgement and the ruling overturned. Science people. Who’s genetic pool was tapped for this child? End of story.”
“It is impossible to have three parents on a birth certificate,” added a third. “You have one mother and one father; you can not conceive a child any other way.”
As previously reported, another artificial insemination case is being debated in Kansas as a man was ordered by government officials to pay child support for a baby that he fathered with a lesbian.
William Marotta responded to a Craigslist classified advertisement in 2009 where two women were seeking a man to donate his sperm so that they could have a baby. He says that he relinquished all rights to the baby at the time of the procedure, including any responsibility to provide for the child. Jennifer Schreiner, then 31, later gave birth to a girl, and raised her for a time with 37-year-old Angela Bauer. The two had already adopted several children heretofore.
However, the following year, Schreiner and Bauer parted ways. Bauer continued to provide for a few years, but due to what she classifies as a “significant illness,” she could no longer work. Therefore, Schreiner then turned to the Kansas Department for Children and Families for government assistance, where the department then demanded that she provide the name of the father of the child.
Last October, Marotta became aware that the Kansas Department for Children and Families was going to pursue child support payments for the little girl, now three. He has been fighting the matter ever since and refuses to pay after relinquishing his fatherhood. ChristianNews
