Ahmadinejad Calls Rebirth of Israel “Most Heinous Modern Crime”

Jerusalem World News:  Speaking at a conference in Tehran in support of the Palestinians, Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called the rebirth of Israel in 1948 the “most heinous modern crime.” Ahmadinejad said the West created Israel as part of a plan to control the Middle East, and repeated the objections of Iran’s Supreme Ayatollah Khamenei to the two-state solution because it leaves Israel in existence.

Iran’s President also complained that the West was “intolerant of a debate over the existence of the Jewish state.” This is the man who will likely very soon have nuclear weapons capable of carrying out his stated goal to “wipe Israel off the map.” The enemies of Israel are becoming increasingly bold in their threats against the Jewish state.
